A one-time, non-refundable platform initialization fee is required to activate your website on our system.

This fee covers automated provisioning and setup and is not a design or consulting fee.

Ongoing access to the Services requires a monthly subscription fee, billed in advance.

• You are charged the setup fee and first month at signup
   
• Monthly billing recurs every 30 days
   
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
   

We reserve the right to change pricing with prior notice.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard.

Upon cancellation:

• Your website will be disabled
   
• Hosting and access will terminate
   
• We are not obligated to retain or export your website
   

No refunds are provided for setup fees or partial billing periods.

You are responsible for purchasing, managing, and renewing your own domain name unless otherwise agreed in writing.

We are not responsible for domain registration, renewal failures, or DNS issues outside our platform.

You retain ownership of your business name, logo, and factual business information you provide.

All templates, layouts, software, and platform infrastructure remain the exclusive property of the Company.

You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the platform while your subscription is active.

Website content is generated automatically using artificial intelligence based on the information you provide.

You acknowledge that:

• Content is standardized and non-custom
   
• We do not guarantee accuracy, results, or performance
   
• You are responsible for reviewing content for compliance with applicable laws
   

We make no representations regarding SEO rankings, conversions, or business outcomes.

Support is provided via chat and email only.

We do not offer phone support, meetings, or live consultations.

Support is limited to platform functionality and availability. Requests for subjective changes or customization are not supported.

You agree not to use the Services for:

• Illegal or deceptive activities
   
• Misrepresentation of services
   
• Content that violates applicable laws or regulations
   

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.”

We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service, error-free operation, or specific business results.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the Company in the three (3) months preceding the claim.
